01
Your movement, pain and history are examined before anything is prescribed.
02
A programme is written for your condition and your daily activity.
03
Sessions at the centre, with exercises to continue at home.
04
Progress is reviewed and the plan adjusted as function returns.
Not always. Some conditions are assessed directly by the physiotherapist, while neurological and post-injury rehabilitation follow medical evaluation first.
Any prior reports, X-rays or scans, a list of medicines you take, and loose clothing you can move in comfortably.
Session length depends on your programme. The physiotherapist confirms this at your first assessment.
That depends on your condition and how you respond. The plan is reviewed as you progress rather than fixed at the start.
Physiotherapy runs in the evening, from 17:00 to 21:30, at the centre.
